If your child is under 18 and studying in the UK, most schools and immigration guidelines require a UK-based guardian. We act in loco parentis on your behalf when you cannot be present. From the moment of arrival, we ensure each student is welcomed, oriented, and fully equipped to settle into their new environment. We assist with practical matters such as setting up mobile phones, registering with a local GP, and organising travel or accommodation during school breaks. We act as a trusted link between the family and the school — attending meetings when needed, monitoring academic progress, and providing regular updates to parents.

24/7 emergency support
welcome visit to school with student/family
help with uniform ordering throughout the studies
arrangement of host family accommodation (weekends, holidays, emergencies)
school liaison and academic progress updates
attendance at parent-teacher meetings
emergency medical care arrangements
arrangement of transfers and travel support

Fees & Charges

We offer term-based guardianship packages, with additional services available:

1. Guardianship (per month, min 1 term) - £255

2. Host Family (per night) - £75

3. Airport Transfer - from £100

4. Additional School Visit - £120

5. Deposit - £1000
