Dr Scott Annett is a Fellow of Robinson College and a Bye Fellow at Homerton College. He is currently the Senior Tutor at Robinson College, with responsibility for pastoral care, admissions and the academic performance of both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He is an Associate Professor in English, specialising in the interconnections between English and Italian literature.
At the moment, his research concentrates. on the writing of Dante, Chaucer and Samuel Beckett. He is a CELTA qualified English language teacher, and recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Teacher and Learning in Higher Education. He is the Education Director for the Homerton International Programme.

Dr. Alex Smeets is the founder of Cambridge Innovation Solutions and Cambridge Funding Solutions, offering consultancy services to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and universities. He is an Associate of Cambridge Enterprise, where he contributes to its International Outreach Programme, helping global institutions learn from the Cambridge Phenomenon. Alex is also affiliated with St John’s Innovation Centre, supporting early-stage knowledge-based businesses, and is a registered Growth Coach for the UK GrowthAccelerator service. With a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Cambridge, he has a background in R&D before transitioning to innovation, entrepreneurship, and knowledge commercialisation.

An experienced strategist, product leader, and user researcher, Jessica Tayenjam specialises in innovation, cultural transformation, and new product/service development for companies of all sizes. Jessica has worked with major brands such as HSBC, Boots, Visa, UNICEF, Dominos, British Gas and NatWest with projects across Europe, the Americas and Eastern Asia. She is also a startup advisor and has mentored a range of new ventures over the last 12 years.
As a Fellow at the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation, part of the Judge Business School, Jess is passionate about social inclusion and sustainable business. Her particular areas of interest are developing women and gender diverse individuals' leadership and inclusion in the corporate space.

Professor Pietro Liò is a Full Professor at the University of Cambridge, specialising in Computational Biology and a member of the Artificial Intelligence group. He holds an MA from Cambridge, a PhD in Complex Systems and Non-Linear Dynamics from the University of Firenze, and a PhD in Theoretical Genetics from the University of Pavia.
His research focuses on using AI and machine learning to develop models that integrate multi-scale biological and clinical data to address personalised and precision medicine. He is particularly interested in Graph Neural Networks, AI-based medical digital twins, and decision support systems.
He is a Fellow at Clare Hall College, a member of the Cambridge Centre for AI in Medicine, ELLIS, and the Academia Europaea. He also teaches Geometric Deep Learning and serves on several key committees, including the MPhil in Computational Biology programme.

Jonathan Andrews is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, where he earned an MA in Theology, Religion, and Philosophy of Religion. His academic foundation is complemented by further study in Social Innovation at Cambridge Judge Business School, equipping him with a rare combination of intellectual depth and real-world perspective. He is a core member of the academic team behind the Homerton International Programme at Homerton College, University of Cambridge, where he plays a leading role in shaping and delivering executive and professional education for international participants. Jonathan also serves as a regular instructor on the Professional Development Programme (PDP) at Homerton College. His teaching and mentoring consistently receive high praise for blending rigorous inquiry with practical relevance, making him a sought-after educator in the field of global education and leadership development.

Mark Russell Anderson is a senior consultant, educator, and Quondam Fellow of Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge. He is Chair of Edify and Macat, and serves as an adviser to EDIA in Amsterdam and Corndel. With a background in investment banking and trading, Mark has built a global reputation advising governments, regulatory bodies, and major financial institutions on anti-money laundering, financial crime, and HR strategy.

He is the author of The Leadership Book (FT Publishing, 2nd edition, 2013), a widely respected guide to effective, real-world leadership. Mark regularly teaches on the Professional Development Programmes at Homerton College, University of Cambridge
