Programme Overview

Week 1
Following a networking induction event, the week starts exploring the fundamental skills of becoming a doctor, including a guide to taking patients’ history, clinical lessons, telemedicine, and emergency care. In the evening, students will have the chance to take part in debates and public speaking events, social activities and games.
Week 2
Students start the second week exploring building their own health tech business – they will present their ideas to their fellow students. The week will also include specialist training sessions, opportunities to build on these skills and simulations, all of which help students answer that vital question: do I want to be a doctor?
